The Central Coast of California with its vineyards, vistas and country charm has been the inspiration to my creative world of art. My drive to be creative has always been the catalyst for challenging new mediums and venues to include, wearable art, mural painting and design, painted old tin ware and crockery at Knott's Berry Farm, oil painting, art instructor in oil and watercolor, and studio owner to name a few.

My love of watercolor through formal training gave me the tools to be spontaneous in my approach. The freedom to express myself on paper was pure delight. I developed a style and motto, "Stay Loose" and enjoy the journey. The spontaneous approach set the stage for my Lorri Trogdon Design to unfold with hand painted glassware and accessories. On glass as on paper this spontaneous, loose approach in painting has developed into creating original artwork on each glass and tile with an artistic watercolor flair.

My goal is to make the world a beautiful place thru my work. I hope you will enjoy my world as you visit Lorri Trogdon Design.
