My goal is to make the world a beautiful place
through my artwork.
I see the world thru COLOR and VIBRANCY
This is my expression of ART
Impressionistic and colorful presentations of garden’s, hillside vineyards, floral and still life are favorite subjects represented in my work. In my early years as an artist I painted primarily in transparent watercolor. As I have evolved as an artist my horizons have broadened and have ultimately enjoyed painting with acrylics and oils as I find they work well with my painting style, which I describe as “spontaneous and Loose”. This spontaneous approach has led me to explore other avenues to express my art.

The Central Coast of California has been my home for more than 30 years with a big move with my family from southern California in 1979. We located in Arroyo Grande and built our home nestled on 5 acres with views of vineyards, farmland and the rolling hills of the Lopez Valley. This is truly an artist’s paradise.
As you visit my website you will see the diversity my artwork brings. . My travels thru Europe brought Bistro de Flore and St. Paul de Vance. Mexico is my second home, with Baja Sur’s East Cape community I PUSH COLOR because it’s everywhere you look. This brought “Viva Comida”, “Out to Lunch” and the popular “Baja Surf Shack”. I’ve left my mark in local restaurants and homes painting murals on their walls. My colorful paintings are in private collections and galleries.
Although I have studied with many professional artists in their workshops, and attended collage level classes, I am basically a self-taught artist who loves to paint!
This has been a marvelous journey……and still is.
